The recruitment process
1. CV registration
In order to register you as a candidate we will send you our CV template and a questionnaire to fill in. Then we will register your CV in our data base and when we have an offer with your speciality you will receive information by email. All your details are treated with confidentiality.
Learning Swedish requires a big effort, especially in the beginning. However my colleagues at work are very helpful, the Swedish health care system gives you possibilities to work with high quality standards and the working conditions are good.

2. First interview
When we have an offer within you specialty we will contact you for an interview.
3. References
We will ask you for references and to apply for a certificate of good standing. Please note that if you want us to work actively to try to find a position for you, you need to send us two references at the same time as the CV and the question form.
4. Study tour and second interview
The selected candidates are invited for a study tour in the specific region for an interview. You will learn more about the region and the work environment and you will have the information that is important to you, before making a decision.
5. Guarantee of employment
When the employer has decided to offer you employment and you have accepted, the employer will sign a guarantee of employment.
Language training
Introductory course
You will start with an introductory course through internet.
Intensive course
You will study Swedish or Norwegian during 18 weeks at our course centre south of Barcelona or in Budapest. The course is a very intensive full-time course that will give you the vocabulary you need to be able to communicate with colleagues and patients in Sweden or Norway.
Continuous studies in Sweden or Norway
There will be a continuous course when you have started your employment in written Swedish for doctors in Sweden or Norwegian for doctors.
For the whole family
In Spain we provide an intensive Swedish or Norwegian course for your partner as well as a course for the older children and kindergarten for the youngest in your family.
