Most of the healthcare professionals who contact us have the formal education that is required and good references. Just as important, however, is that they fill the necessary criteria for long-term recruitment. The most common cause of a healthcare professional returning home is that the spouse has not found employment. We therefore attach a great deal of importance to the family situation and the spouse's profession, interests, expectations and motivation.
One of the prerequisites for finding the right candidate is, naturally, a large number of applicants and since we carry out recruitment activities in several countries we can quickly reach out to many healthcare professionals and are able to select those candidates that we consider to have the best qualifications.
